Flue gas waste heat recovery system for gasfired boilers

Analyses the characteristics of different kinds of gasfired boilers and waste heat transfer systems, summarizes the problems of flue gas waste heat recovery as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of heat transfer systems and their application scopes. Considering the balance between the heat recovery and the heat utilization, presents a new waste heat recovery system. The new system achieves the cascade utilization of the flue gas temperature and fully recovers the flue gas heat.
